PLEASE NOTE: Quantity of Attendee (not guest) "tickets" purchased below MUST match the TOTAL Attendee Number that you list on the registration form. Total attendees do not include guests. If you are registering for yourself only, please select "1". If registering for multiple people, please remember to include EVERYONE you are registering, including yourself (if attending). If quantities do not match, you will be billed for the higher number (either the ticket quantity or total attendee count on the form). Thank you!

You do not have to bring this ticket to the dinner - it is simply a way of calculating final cost.
