Thursday and Friday will feature a coffee voucher to the coffee shop in the Gateway Building, upstairs from the conference location.
Thursday's lunch menu (Casper College)
Old Fashioned Barbecue: barbecue chicken, smoked beef brisket, baked beans, salads and cornbread accompanied by cookies, brownies, and unsweetened iced tea
Signature Salad Buffet: Caesar salad (crisp romaine lightly tossed with shredded parmesan cheese, herb-toasted croutons and classic Caesar dressing), grilled chicken breast, Italian cucumber salad, Orzo and pepper salad, balsamic vinaigrette, fresh-baked crusty rolls, crispy pita wedges, flatbreads, assorted crackers and butter, assorted brownies, assorted canned diet and regular soft drinks

Hors d'oeuvres: cocktail smokies and spinach artichoke dip
Devils Gate: Lasagna, penne pasta with alfredo and marinara sauces, sliced chicken breast, meatballs, mixed vegetables, Caesar salad, garlic bread
*alcoholic drinks will need to be paid at your expense; WyASFAA is covering dinner and non-alcoholic drinks*

Instructions: to ensure tax exemption status, guests will need a copy of the front of their college credit
card if they don't have one personally (i.e. they are using a generic campus card and won't
have the physical card with them). In addition, they will need to bring their tax exemption
form and credit card authorization (see below PDF).
